2008 Oncology Review
Fees
There is no fee to attend this program for practicing oncology clinicians, but a registration form must be filled out and sent or faxed to the Cancer Center by June 19, 2008.
For industry representatives, there is a $200 registration fee. Please make checks payable to Northwestern University - ASCO Review. |
