Transportation Services
Transportation is available for both ambulatory and wheelchair patients who are being admitted or discharged from Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Transportation services are also available to outpatients who need help getting to and from home and physicians' offices or patient treatment facilities located outside the main hospital. Service is limited to specific ZIP codes, days and times. Appointments may be made up to two weeks in advance. For more information, call (312) 926-8267.
