Advance registration is currently closed. Registration will be available onsite at the Symposium . The registration fee includes symposium tuition, materials, continental breakfast each morning, breaks, lunch each day, and the Poster Session Cocktail Reception and Dinner.

General Fee
Early Bird (before March 15) - $250 (USD)
Regular (after March 15) - $350 (USD)
Northwestern Affiliates - $150 (USD)
Fellows/Students/Trainees
Regular - $150 (USD) with a letter of support from your Training Program Director
Letter of Invitation for VISA Policy

An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a VISA and authorization to attend the 8th IASP Research Symposium will be issued ONLY after the registration form and full payment have been received. Requests should be e-mailed the symposium coordinator, Randy Boston, at rboston@nmff.org.

Fellows/Students/Trainees

Please provide a letter of support from your Training Program Director indicating their support of your participation in the 8th IASP Research Symposium and that you are a trainee or student in good academic standing.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Registration fees (less a $50 administrative handling fee) are refundable if a written request is received on or before April 30, 2009. Please include your registration ID number when requesting a refund. No refunds will be granted after April 30, 2009; however you may transfer your registration to a colleague.
