Timothy Kuzel, MD, is the Director of the Clinical Research Office for the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center of Northwestern University. Dr. Kuzel joined the faculty in 1990, after completing medical school at the University of Michigan and residency/fellowship at the McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University.
He is currently a Professor of Medicine within the Division of Hematology/Oncology of the Department of Medicine at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine. He has clinical interests in experimental therapeutics involving patients with melanoma and renal cell carcinoma, as well as cutaneous lymphomas. Major themes of his research involve the use of immunotherapies and mechanisms of resistance to chemotherapeutics. |
