Medical librarian / educator Scott Thomson, MLIS, is now available in Galter's Clinical Cancer Center to assist patients and families with their cancer information needs. Resources include individualized research assistance for topics such as diagnosis, treatment, support groups, and clinical trials, as well as appropriate referrals to other information sources. Computers are available for patient and family use. Trusted sources of print and online information are highlighted for consumer convenience.
