SUCCEED Program
The Breast Cancer Survivor Comprehensive Care, Empowerment and Education Program (SUCCEED) addresses the problems that many breast cancer survivors face, including: infertility due to premature ovarian failure, hot flashes, sexual dysfunction, osteoporosis, lymphedema, neuropathy, cardiac dysfunction, depression, cognitive impairment, sleep disorders and metabolic syndrome.

Located in NMH's Prentice Women's Hospital, within the Lynn Sage Comprehensive Breast Cancer Center, the program is led by Vincent Cryns, MD. A multidisciplinary team of physicians, nutritionists, exercise therapists, psychologists and others work with each survivor to provide education and comprehensive care. Patients referred to the program receive a "survivorship care plan" and will follow up annually with SUCCEED, in addition to their surgical and medical oncology team.

Please contact Dr. Cryns with questions at v-cryns@northwestern.edu or schedule an appointment at 312.472.4720
