We have isolated cancer stem cells from more than 40 human glioblastomas, and we are studying mechanisms regualting their proliferation, survival, and differentiation. these studies focus in beta-integrin signaling with an emphasis on the interactions between foacl adhesion kinase signaling and EGF signaling.
