Molecular Targeted Therapy My laboratory studies the molecular basis for cancer and its therapy. Project 1 centers on signaling basis for leukemic cell proliferation and anti-apoptosis. Project 2 focus on cytoskeletal rearrangement as it underlies epithelial-mesenchymal transition. Project 3 targets these signaling disturbances by evaluating kinase inhibition. An overarching theme to the lab is to apply more quantitative and systems analysis to the problems of cancer and therapeutics
