Led by Principal Investigator, Chad A. Mirkin, Northwestern University's Center of Cancer Nanotechnology Excellence (CCNE) is a National Cancer Institute-funded collaboration between the Lurie Cancer Center and the International Institute for Nanotechnology. This partnership permits the CCNE to create an accelerated pathway—from conception to clinical trial—for development of nanomaterials and nanodevices to overcome cancer.
