Aparna Kalyan, MD, appointed Assistant Director of Education for the Lurie Cancer Center

Aparna Kalyan, MD, has been appointed Assistant Director of Education for the Lurie Cancer Center. In this role, Dr. Kalyan will oversee clinical research training and education activities, complementing the work of Julie Kim, PhD, who will focus on basic science education programs.

Together, Drs. Kalyan and Kim will provide leadership across the clinical and basic science components of the Center's education mission, helping to advance efforts to train and support the next generation of cancer physicians and scientists.
