Join smoking cessation experts from the Lurie Cancer Center for a virtual lunch and learn event on Wednesday, November 18. The program will offer an overview of evidence-based treatment approaches, with a focus on providing participants with the knowledge to effectively incorporate tobacco cessation strategies for diverse patient populations in a variety of healthcare settings.

Emma Parrish, MS, TTS and Elizabeth Klass, RN, TTS, Tobacco Treatment Specialists from the Lurie Cancer Center Tobacco Cessation Program at Northwestern Medicine, will discuss treatments for nicotine dependence and share tips, tools and resources to help people successfully quit smoking.
