I have broad interest in clinical trial design and identification of novel clinicogenomic biomarkers of treatment response in digestive tract malignancies. I am currently funded to study translational biomarkers of dysplastic progression of pancreatic cysts and have led multi-institutional trial efforts to incorporate ctDNA-informed treatment and novel immunotherapies for gastrointestinal cancers.
