Cancer-Focused Research

I am currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Hematopathology Division. I have authored several peer reviewed publications in reputed national and international journals of pathology. Also, I am an active member of and have presented in well renowned organizations and societies of pathology including United States and Canadian Academy of Pathologists (USCAP), Conference of American Pathologists (CAP), American Society of Hematologists (ASH) and American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) etc. along with others. Currently I am working closely with Pathology core Laboratory in understanding the role of autophagy and senescence in small B-cell lymphomas. I am also pursuing and developing newer novel markers for acute myeloid leukemias and lymphomas both by immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry, which not only would have far reached diagnostic potential but also prognostic significance and therapeutic targets.
