Cancer-Focused Research
My research interests encompass a wide range of topics, including methods for large-scale healthcare data analysis, functional and longitudinal data analysis, predictive modeling, non-parametric and semi-parametric methods, measurement error problems, clinical trial design, and causal inference. Beyond methodology development in biostatistics and data science, I have been at the forefront of leading collaborative research in oncology. My leadership extends to working closely with researchers on critical health issues such as cancer, Alzheimer's disease, kidney disease, and the impact of activity patterns on health outcomes. I am deeply engaged in collaborative efforts with fellow scientists and medical professionals, collectively striving to push the boundaries of knowledge and innovation in the realm of oncology research. This dedication is characterized by ongoing and proactive involvement in endeavors aimed at advancing the understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of cancer.
