Cancer-Focused Research
Dr. Liu is a hematologic oncologist who is Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Hematology/Oncology in the Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine in the Leukemia program. His focus is on early phase clinical trials and translational research. He has completed a T32 training grant in cancer biology and published in high impact journals and have presented at national and international conferences. He collaborate with colleagues across multiple departments and basic science labs. He currently serve as site principal investigator and sub-principal investigator for clinical trials in patients with acute leukemias and myeloid disorders. My long-term research interests are in the development of translational therapeutics for the treatment of acute leukemias.
