Dr. Garcia's ongoing research includes evaluations of electronic health record-integrated cancer survivorship care plans and patient-reported distress screening, psychosocial oncology supportive care and palliative care services, clinical care sequences in ambulatory oncology, and a smart-phone application to promote health self-management in cancer survivors.
