Cancer-Focused Research
We apply computational protein design and directed evolution to develop new therapeutic candidates and probes for targets in cancer. We are especially interested in developing mini protein therapeutic candidates to inhibit intracellular protein-protein interactions, and methods to deliver these protein therapeutics into cancer cells.
