We develop advanced optical imaging instrumentation and computational algorithms for quantitative analyses of complex biological processes in turbid living systems. By integrating optical innovations with AI, these systems enhance imaging accuracy and depth while maintaining subcellular resolution. Furthermore, we apply these toolkits to monitor disease progression, conduct high-content screening of patient-derived organoids, and assess treatment responses, paving the way for breakthroughs in personalized diagnostics and therapeutics.
