Cancer-Focused Research
My research and clinical interests include medical imaging, cardiovascular disease diagnosis and treatment, lung cancer, fluid mechanics, and computer science. The goal is to use my technical background and interests to improve our knowledge of disease, advance our ability to diagnose and treat patients, and provide empathic clinical care. As a cardiothoracic radiologist, I am interested in applying advanced imaging techniques, primarily cardiovascular and pulmonary magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), in diseases, cohorts, and clinical scenarios (such as screening) where the technique has not been previously explored.
