The focus of the Eichner lab is to elucidate transcriptional dependencies at the intersection of epigenetics, signaling, and metabolism to reveal and harness targetable vulnerabilities in cancer. Our recent work has provided mechanistic clarity into the molecular drivers and dependencies of LKB1-mutant lung tumor biology.
